QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Ceramic Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• Brings over 15 years of expertise in refractory engineering within the manufacturing sector.

• Proficient in refractory installation methods and standard procedures.

• Strong understanding of engineering measurement and control systems.

Lead I&E Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Led I&E Systems Design & Implementation
  Directed the design and deployment of Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) systems across multiple industrial plants, ensuring functional integration and performance.

• Project Planning & Coordination
  Developed project plans and schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve on-time, within-budget project delivery.

• Executed Small to Medium Scale Projects
  Engineered and supervised the installation of a 4950 m³/hr instrument air compressor and dryer, 1.2 MW gas-powered generator set, and control system optimizations, including redundant equipment replacements.

• Designed Control and Safety Systems
  Delivered full-scope design of SIS, DCS, FGS, Fieldbus, and PLC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and plant safety requirements.

• Produced Comprehensive I&E Documentation
  Created essential engineering documents: P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Functional Specifications, Loop Diagrams, Junction Box Wiring, Fieldbus Segment Drawings, Instrument Datasheets, and Hookups.

• Electrical System Back Drafting & Design
  Managed the back drafting of multi-discipline documents, including electrical control schematics, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for HV, MV, and LV switchgear, and UPS load calculations for the Central Control Room (CCR) and remote instrument facilities.
