EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Job Opening: Executive Human Resources Manager

Location: Mafoluku, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and systems.

• Oversee recruitment activities including resume review, interview coordination, and background checks.

• Manage employee information and keep HR databases updated.

• Handle employee benefits and compensation plans.

• Conduct staff performance reviews and deliver feedback.

• Address and resolve workplace issues and conflicts.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and relevant HR regulations.

• Create and present HR-related reports to senior management.

• Oversee exit processes for departing employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Good understanding of employment laws and Human Resources practices.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.

• Excellent communication and Human relation skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.

• Capable of handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.

• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and Multitask

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

            ₦2,400,000 – ₦3,600,000 per Annum
